Plain English, calm screens. Large text, one question at a time, green-amber-red at a glance, and never a wall of red alarms. Reminders come in one tidy email, only when something has changed.
Show our working. Every rule in Lettick links to the GOV.UK or HSE guidance it comes from. We check that guidance every day: when it changes for your homes we email you GOV.UK's own summary, and when it changes your dates we update Lettick and tell you what's different.
Fair prices. One yearly price that costs less than the £65-per-property database fee, 14 days free to try it first, renewal reminders and one-click cancellation.
