When does your PRS Database window open?

Every privately rented home in England must be registered on the new PRS Database. Regions open one at a time from 15 December 2026, each with three months to register. Enter the property's postcode to see your dates.

We look up the region with postcodes.io (Office for National Statistics data). We don't store who searched.
