Cancelling and refunds

In short: every plan starts with 14 days free, so you can try Lettick on your own homes before you pay anything. After that, plans are billed once a year. You can cancel whenever you like, but payments aren't refundable.
Your free trial
- Every plan (Plus, Pro and Portfolio) starts with a 14-day free trial, once per account.
- You add a card when you start, but nothing is taken until the trial ends. We email you 3 days before your first payment.
- Cancel from your Account page (Billing) before the trial ends and you won't be charged anything.
Yearly plans: cancel any time
- After the trial, plans are billed yearly in advance and renew automatically once a year until you cancel. There are no monthly plans.
- We email you 30 days and 7 days before every renewal, with a one-click link to cancel.
- Cancel any time from your Account page (Billing). You won't be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the year you've paid for.
- When a plan ends, your properties, documents and evidence log stay in your account, but the tracker is locked and reminder emails stop until you choose a plan again. You can still download your data or delete your account.
Refunds
Because the free trial lets you try Lettick in full before you pay, payments (the first yearly payment after your trial, and every renewal) aren't refundable. Please cancel before a payment is due if you don't want to carry on.
If you buy as a consumer, the law gives you 14 days to cancel a new contract. Your free trial covers that period: cancel within it and you pay nothing. Nothing here affects your other statutory rights, for example if the service isn't provided with reasonable care and skill.
